In this situation, you can give yourself some leeway by delegating some of your priorities to other people. Maybe the kids can help out more with chores at home, or you can figure out a way to balance responsibilities at work. Don’t Forget Yourself
Another sure fire way to feel like you have no time at all is to ignore your own needs. One of your biggest priorities needs to be self-care. You need to make sure that you’re meeting your needs so that you can help the other people in your life.
